Jayne and Bob Thorsen

Jayne attended Chestnut Hill College and Bucks County Community College. Bob holds a BS in Business Administration from LaSalle University and prior to joining Jayne in the real estate business, he was Director of Human Resources in the semi-conductor industry.  He also spent several years in sales and marketing for national internet and insurance companies. 

In their role as professional Realtors® they provide the quality marketing that clients seeking to sell their homes need, along with the vision to help buyers work through the stages of finding that “perfect” home. 

Jayne has earned the nationally recognized professional designation of SRES, (Senior Real Estate Specialist).  This designation demonstrates that Jayne has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to help senior customers manage their real estate needs.  Jayne also holds credits toward her Broker’s license and is a designee for CRS®, (Certified Residential Specialist) which require that real estate professionals take additional, specialized real estate training, and are held by only one quarter of real estate practitioners.

Bob has the distinguished honor of the professional designation of e-PRO.  This designation demonstrates Bob’s use of the internet to provide clients with internet marketing for the purpose of finding and selling their homes.  Bob works diligently to keep abreast of all new and updated features of internet marketing. Bob is also a member of SHRM (Society Human Resource Professionals).  As of April, 2009, Bob has earned the CDPE designation and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  (See Press Release under Real Estate News Today)

Jayne and Bob are Realtors® (Members of the National Association of Realtors®, a trade organization of nearly 1 million members nationwide, who subscribe to a stringent code of ethics that helps guarantee the highest level of service and integrity.)

Both Jayne and Bob are Certified Mentors and Trainers for Brian Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness® and have assisted other Realtor’s to realize their dream of helping others buy and sell real estate through their mentoring initiatives.
